About Me

A very social, communicative and optimistic girl who loves making new friends and enjoying life the fullest. I am quite active and a lover of the beautiful simple things out there.
I lived abroad for a few years and realized that my heart is definitely set on the world. Traveling for me isn't just a hobby, it's a real part of who I am. So many things happened during my adventures abroad that it shaped my personality, my views on humanity and what I believe that is my mission in the world.

** currently abroad until July. Vancouvers CS, let's grab a coffee! ***

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As obvious as it sounds, the simple fact of getting in touch with people from other backgrounds and being able to be on their shoes for a bit or sharing a bit of my life makes my heart full of gratitude!

** Please note: due to unfortunate past experiences I only host female travelers, tho I am open to meet everybody for a drink or coffee **

Interests

Traveling (quite redundant, I know!), dancing, running, pole fitness, rugby, cooking, wine, Bikram yoga, health, politics, literature, House MD (the only time I turn the TV on), technology, chocolate, hiking, outdoor activities... never a dull moment! ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first helicopter ride above the Grand Canyon... breathtaking!
Seen the sunset at Arches National Park.
All my volunteering experiences were unique and memorable.
Moved overseas at a fairly young age for five years.
Was taken on stage during a Blue Man Group show on Broadway for 5 neverending (but incredibly fun) minutes.
The first time I saw the Norwegian fjords. It was a lifetime dream coming true. Left me speechless.
Being in the healthcare field continually teaches me new amazing lessons on humbleness, gratitude and awe towards life. The first birth I assisted was lifechanging!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well, I hope whoever is hosting me is patient enough to answer all the bunch of questions I will probably have about your culture! I love to learn from small trivial daily things to the deepest current political issues.

I am very open minded, outgoing and neat. I will always clean up after myself and offer to help with the dishes, chores around the house and cooking. While I am far from a chef, I would love to prepare you something from Brazil or help you with a meal. If you want to learn some ballet or ballroom dance steps, just let me know! Expect some small typical token or at least a bottle of wine as a sign of my appreciation!
