CURRENT MISSION: I’m trying improve my Hungarian language skills. ••• ABOUT ME: Introvert with learned extrovert qualities and an insatiable affinity for meeting new people. (Unfortunately, this combination can burn me out sometimes.) • If I could have a superpower, it would be to know every language fluently. That way, I could appreciate good comedy anywhere. • Just kidding. I would definitely choose teleportation. • I love cooking, music, and languages. • I try to leave my plans loose when I plan my travels so I have room to add things I didn’t know about until arriving. • Always up for adventure, especially if it involves food. ••• PHILOSOPHY: Mutual benefit. Even if this friendship is temporary, let's make the best of it.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC: 🎧🪗🪕🥁🎸I could try to get specific, but my tastes are so broad and mood-driven, I'd have to edit this twice a day. But I will drop everything and sing my off-key heart out if I hear Dolly Parton. ••• PODCASTS: Latest favorites are "Rivals" and "the Biographers" ••• BOOKS: "Piranesi" by Suzanna Clarke. "My Life of Crime, Redemption, and Hollywood" by Danny Trejo. "Rebel Queen" by Susan Polgár.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Single-handedly crowdfunded and orchestrated a 2-day, virtual concert with 24 artists from 7 countries. When COVID hit and pulled the plug on all live entertainment events, it lit a spark in me. I wanted to do something to support the business of freelance artists. It was absolutely the craziest thing I've ever done! I went from "I have an idea!" to "Aaand we're live!" in a period of 8 days.
