ABOUT ME

I grew up in a picturesque little town in the south-west of Holland. My father was a humble carpenter and my mother looked after the children in our windmill, polishing our Sunday cloggs and caring for the tulips in our little garden. Pretty much standard stuff in the Netherlands. But then one day that little rascal of a brother of mine was playing on the dike again and noticed a hole. In all his innocence he put his finger in the hole and I think you know the rest of the story. So do all the paparazzi outside our little windmill

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used to be the backbone of the Belfast couchsurfers pubquiz team, no matter what anyone else says, but haven't really done much in Edinburgh yet. Have to do something about that

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had some funny, nice and interesting people round. Met loads more through nights out and still waiting for my first negative experience. It could be you!
