Overview
About Me
I'd say I'm a very easy going, chilled traveler.
I have been doing seasonal work all over the globe since I was 19, which means I'm coming up on 13 years now.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Mostly because I enjoy meeting new people with new stories.
Obviously you can do this by staying in a hostel, but I do not travel all over the world to only meet up with fellow travellers.
I try to get to know the local culture, and way of life wherever I go, and find this easiest by getting to know the local people..
And then obviously there is the money factor. The less money I'm spending on accommodation, the longer I get to travel before going back to work :)
Interests
I love traveling and being active outdoors.
Also I'm very much into my action sports. If you can get a good adrenaline rush from it, there is a fair chance I'll be in to it.
And after a fun and action packed day I'm happiest sitting by a fire with some good/new friends listening to chilled tunes and good stories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Packed my bags to go travel for a year, and extended this to 13 years filled with amazing places, good friends and crazy adventures.
Teach, Learn, Share
Allways happy to learn new things.
Things that are high on the list are skydiving, playing guitar and Spanish.
Teaching is what I do for a living.
I'm an instructor in snowboarding, kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayaking, rafting, rockclimbing and a couple more.
Sharing is what makes life good.
A shared experience, story, meal,... it doesn't matter what it is, it's usually better shared.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm more than happy to earn my stay anywhere I go.
I'm good with my hands so I'll gladly help fix and build whatever needs fixing or building.
Whatever knowledge I have I'm also happy to share. Whether it be learning to speak a language, learning a sport, or anything else I might know something about (not that much to be honest:)) is yours for tapping into.
And off course I'm also happy to cook a meal and help cleaning in return for a warm bed.
