My name's Jackson and I've been lucky enough to have lived and travelled overseas for much of my life.
Born in England, grew up in Hong Kong and have since called Australia's East Coast home most recently doing my music degree in Sydney.

I love listening to and performing music, geek out over well made cocktails and craft beer and have caught the travel bug something awful.

Writing about good food and booze is my passion project back home so i love hunting it down when I'm overseas.
