Grew up in Germany, Spent four years at a liberal arts college in Michigan, Studied abroad in Kenya, Joined the Peace Corps right after graduating, Lived two years in Mali (W. Africa,) Attempting to integrate back into life in the states... Spent some time cocktail waitressing on a steamboat and volunteering at a shelter in New Orleans, Worked for half a season on an organic vegetable farm in Michigan, Searching for the next adventure

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Offered up my couch while living in the middle of nowhere West Africa (wonder why I didn't have any takers...:), CSed for the first time in Savannah the other month, Hoping to surf some more couches as I travel around the states and when I settle down and get a couch of my own and return the favor
