About Me

CURRENT MISSION

inspired by Mary Oliver - "over and over announcing your place // in the family of things"

ABOUT ME

I moved from Brooklyn to Albuquerque a few months back. I work with Generation Justice, UNM-Continuing Ed and a Reggio-inspired preschool. I love to go on adventures and be outside and soak up all kinds of art.

PHILOSOPHY

Live it, love it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Been both host and guest. I love to meet people-- travelers especially --to learn about their stories, lives, perspectives. Think Couchsurfing is a way to live deeper.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friend and I surfed with a nice man in Thunder Bay. It was my first time. I enjoyed it very much. I hope to give others the warmth and grace they gave us.

Interests

cooking adventures, art especially cartoons and collages, dancing, reading neat books, learning about people, walking around towns, forests and bodies of water, narrative radio, poem scraps, cats, bending my body into shapes, driving from place to place, watching things grow, and more
