Hi! I am 24 years of age and I reside in Singapore. My parents are Malaysian and they moved to Singapore before I was born, in the early 1990s. I am currently an undergraduate, and almost done with my studies (update: done with studies) and am looking forward to joining the workforce! (look at your leg, im pulling it) But before that, I hope to set aside some time to explore the world and widen my horizons, and as such I will be travelling in May 2019.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a phenomenal platform. It's almost like Facebook, except that it’s more intimate. We don’t often make friends with people we don’t know on Facebook, but we would go with the idea of crashing at some stranger’s place we’ve never met before with Couchsurfing! Insane. I will be travelling next month (May 2019) and I would love to take the opportunity to get the most out of it, learning new cultures and gaining new insights from our fellow earthlings, and their communities around the world. And what better way to accomplish that than to learn firsthand from the locals themselves?
