ABOUT ME

So there are two reasons I couch surf.

1. I love the adventure, and meeting new people that also like adventure and being open to the possibilities of life.

2. When I was in college I had a great time traveling with friends and while studying abroad. I met a lot of really kind and great people out there and although I never used couch surfing to find couches while in college, I did do a lot of that the old fashioned way and just asked. Because so many people showed me such kindness I would also like to help others on their journey too.

A bit about me is that I am a thinker and a listener. I studied vocal performance and sung in a bunch of shows for 6 years and I really miss it so you'll find me singing or doing something musical often. You can typically find me going out to get lost somewhere for long periods of time. I am all about the experience. I have friends all over the world. You can never have too many friends.

PHILOSOPHY

Respect yourself and others, you would be surprised what you would find if you just asked for what you wanted instead of trying some other way.

To love is so important, it is like breathing air.

It is important to go out and find your own answers in life, and not accept what others tell you so easily. Also, nothing is impossible. If you want something you should go get it. There are no excuses. If you don't ask for something, you wont get it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to show travelers around the city and to the local spots. If they are musically inclined at all then we will really have a great time since i love to do karaoke, and have some musician friends. You can be sure that there will be plenty of food, talking and adventure as long as I have the time to do it. Sharing in the experience is what makes it great.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I would say that the best couchsurfing (without the website) was when I had arrived in Florida after a world voyage circumnavigating the globe and I called up a huge network or friends because I have nowhere to go and that eventually led me to staying at a house I had never been to with a family I had never met but since their son and I were in the same service organization we were like good friends already and they all welcomed me.

兴趣

I try to never pass up on a chance to sing, dance or have an adventure. I am a musician, well rounded tech guy, reader, like to run and meditate. I am also very reflective and a big listener.

I know guitar, piano, singing, general technology and making. I can get a little crafty. If there is someone out there that can teach me anything new, as long as it is something that they are good at I would be interested in learning it. Especially a back flip, I have always wanted to do that and I am barely at the point in life where I am making the time to work towards it.
