ABOUT ME

Hi! I am a 23 year old Australian girl currently living in Gunma Prefecture in Japan. I`m working as an English teacher there.

I am traveling with my Scottish friend Amy (25y) to Osaka, Hiroshima and Kyoto during Golden Week 2012 and we are looking for some nice people to host us for a couple of days while we are in each city. We know it`s going to be crazy traveling during GW but if there is anyone who has some room to spare for us, we will love you forever!

We are both English teachers with the JET program living in Gunma. This is my first time couchsurfing but my friend Amy has traveled all through Europe using couchsurfing and had a great time.

We would be happy just to sleep on the floor, we don`t need a lot of room or anything fancy!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Finding a temple in the mountains of Gunma, and having the monk open up the temple for us, show us around and then show us how to do meditation with his two kids.
