I run an adventure tour company for half the year in the Canadian Rockies called Mindful Ecotourism and I spend the winters travelling exploring eco villages, unique ecotourism experiences and nature retreat centres around the world.

This winter, I'm travelling from Mexico down to Chilean Patagonia in the south. I organize group hikes everywhere I go with local guides who know the flora, fauna and fungi so if you want to come for a hike you can message me.

I like Couchsurfer because I enjoy meeting people with unconventional lifestyles and a different outlook on life than the mainstream. I find it refreshing to meet people who are passionate about adventure, meeting people from other cultures and living consciously.

When I travel I love to hike, explore ancient civilizations, meditate in the forest, climb mountaintops, fly my drone in the backcountry, learn about indigenous traditions and unplug occasionally for a few days to do a nature retreat without my phone.

I love meeting locals in my travels on Couchsurfer and hearing their stories and getting a deeper understanding and experience of their unique culture and what it's like to live as a local in places I travel to.

I never want to be a normal tourist who just stays in hotels, watches TV and gets room service.

I'm a strong believer in self-education. I've run my own online businesses for the last decade while traveling so I know a lot about storytelling, digital marketing, online ads, Wordpress, running live retreat experiences and teaching in all sorts of environments that I’m happy to share.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I know a lot about flora, fauna and fungi. I can help you identify plants and mushrooms and teach you forms of nondual mindfulness you can do walking in the forest.

I also run several websites so I can help you with any questions about online business, marketing, sales and that kind of thing. I can also film an epic drone video flying off your balcony or backyard and showcasing the natural area where you live from 150 feet in the sky as a memento.
