Erica, pastry chef.
Born in Taiwan, now reside in Australia.
Although I am a pastry chef but to be honest I prefer eating savory food over sweets. Hey but It doesn't make me a bad pastry chef tho I still make everything with love!!
Parks and markets are my favorites! One of my favorite park is in Chengdu, China where you can sit for hours and hours just for drinking tea and watching people getting their ears getting cleaned by masters.
I don't particularly like tourist attractions that much unless they must be seen. Personally I would love to explore the neighborhood areas and the only way is by meeting and talking to locals to find out the hidden gems!
