ABOUT ME

I like surrounding myself with people who make me a better person. We only have one life to live so let's make the most of it and do what we've always wanted to do! Whether it is taking a train across the country or trying a new flavor of ice cream, I like to try new things and do what I've always wanted to do.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a strong believer in being independent, seizing the day, and not complaining. I believe that something will go wrong everyday. So why do people get upset and act so surprised when something actually does go wrong? Deal with it as best you can, and move on! I am grateful for the times when I get to be with the people I love. And when I cannot be with them, I try to be grateful that they exist somewhere in the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Every country is a whole new world! To understand a book you must read every chapter. Every country is like a chapter in a book. How can you possibly understand the world if you don't travel to new places or talk to people from other places?

Interests

The outdoors, hiking, traveling, art, guitar, listening to music, eating/cooking wonderful vegetarian food, laughing in my head at something that happened weeks ago.

I love comedies, movies with excellent sword fights, and science fiction/fantasy. Also, GAME OF THRONES for life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

hmmmm..... I'd have to say jumping from a bridge into a pool of water at the base of a waterfall (with water that has just melted from a glacier) is one of the most thrilling things I have ever done.
