ABOUT ME

I am that kind of person who finds it hard to stick to one place for a long time, I am always seeking for new adventures and great experiences in my life. I do believe that I am honest, polite, responsible but also very curious and talkative girl who is always looking forward to packing her stuff and going on a trip. Although, I'm very independent, I love spending time with my wonderful family, who always was my biggest support in life. Besides them, I am addicted to all those amazing friends I have. Except for my passion for languages, I am also a huge animal lover and the thing I will never forget are all the precious memories of my mini Schnauzer that I had for 13 years. I love being outdoors, and spending time in nature, although I've lived my whole life in the busiest street of my city. I enjoy meeting new people, hearing the stories of the people from far away and getting to know other parts of the world through different people. I would say I am unpredictable as I keep changing with every experience I gain, and I do consider that to be a good thing. I try to live every day a little bit differently than the previous one as I try avoiding falling into a routine (at least not so young :) ), so sudden plans, activities and trips always excite me. I would describe myself as a neat, tidy person who enjoys small gestures and appreciate little things in her life.

PHILOSOPHY

Something my Dad told me, it goes "Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at
midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday." (an epitaph at John Wayne's grave)
Every day we get a chance to make of our lives what we want it to be.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I still haven't hosted anyone or been hosted but I expect to start hosting people as soon as I return from my trip which will be at the end of the summer. However, I know people with wonderful experiences who have been active CS for quite some time.

Interessen

I'm huge lover of animals and I pretty much had every pet you can imagine that could fit into one apartment. I also enjoy volunteering and making my community better. I am totally DIY person, I own bunch of scrap books, handcrafting is the way to relax and something I enjoy doing alone. I also cannot describe how much I love sunny days and going to seaside. Summer definitely is my season!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

As for the books, probably the only book I always keep returning to is The Little Prince (partially because we kept analyzing it over and over through out the college). Movies I love are The Pianist, The Harry Potter, The Prestige, etc. For the shows, I love Grey's Anatomy, Scrubs, SCIs, Will and Grace, Two and a half Man... I really do listen to different kinds of music, for example The Muse, Pink Floyd, The Killers, Manu Chao, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Radiohead, Amy Winehouse, Beirut also Spanish flamenco, Pablo Alboran, Vetusta Morla, Buika... The French bends such as Nouvelle Vague, Cali, and of course the serbian music.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I saw bunch of dolphins swimming in the ocean at the sunrise after spending night in the truck on the beach in California with my friends.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I can teach for example some creative stuff such as decoupage and diy furniture. :)
