Interests

I love music...instrumentation, poetry, tradition, and jam sessions! I love nature and strive to understand how humans might better live in harmony with it. I am interested in being conscious of what our actions do to the earth and our bodies; thus, I like eating locally and naturally, doing yoga, exercising, and biking. I love typography. And art history. And a good book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing glaciers calving in Alaska! The power was incredible, and it seemed so remote from human life. A reminder of what climate change can do to the far corners of the earth.

Another thing that left me awe-inspired was one of my first music performances. How could a personal hobby not just bring joy to myself...but to others?! Whoahhh...

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a graphic designer and know the Creative Suite very well.
I have an interest in nutrition, as it roots from food as well as useful plants that grow in our own backyard. Most of all, I love to play music. I have a guitar with me but used to play Bluegrass mandolin back home as well. I play a wee bit off bass. I'm most happy when playing music with others!
