I have traveled a lot over the years, but I haven't done a lot of solo trips. When I started planning my year of traveling I had several people tell me I should look into Couchsurfing. My purpose in traveling this year is to get to meet new people and experience new places and I have heard over and over again that the Couchsurfing community is a perfect fit for me.
