Overview
About Me
I was born in Vietnam but moved to America when I was 17. I had a degree in Math, but worked in IT all of my career. I have a daughter. For many years we used to travel together. Now she travels in Minecraft.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Just want to see the world before I get old and weak. Well I'm already old and semi weak, so I need to start checking off some bucket list destinations.
Interests
I really like houses and decorating. I almost majored in Architecture, but my parents skewed my view. And that's how I became a Math nerd. Don't ask me to compute anything nowadays though. Also like arts and crafts, music, plays. I visit museums and landmarks everywhere I go. Last but not least, shopping and antiquing.

Music, Movies, and Books
The 80-90s music because I listened to the radio a lot while in college. Too many movies to list. I go on an average of 1 movie a week. Books, what are they? Just kidding. It may sound silly but I really like the Confession of a Shopaholic series. The author has a great sense of humor.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I managed to bake several cakes that did not rise, so I stacked all the cakes together to make one normal height cake. Needless to say, I am not good in the kitchen. But on the other hand, I'm handy with little things around the house.
Teach, Learn, Share
Although I'm not very domestic of a woman, I can sew, knit, crochet, and master the dying art of hand embroidery. I used to play classical piano too, but not since graduating from college.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I will help around the house, contribute to groceries, but please don't ask me to cook. I will burn water.
