Overview
About Me
I am a 28 year old Alaskan, born and raised, who just recently returned to my home state, to pursue an artistic career in the state that I love. I make custom three dimensional wooden maps and artwork for my primary income, out of my garage here in Valdez Alaska, and have made some seriously cool things: cullencraftworks.com
I lived in Germany for a year as an exchange student, I've traveled around North America, Europe, and some parts of South and Central America. I really like hiking, skiing, and the somewhat extreme outdoor adventures that Alaska offers.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
In South America, I met someone who had been using couch surfing as their primary travel method through a country; it gave them a lot of really positive experiences, and since they started out by hosting in Europe, and I had a spare guest room that was too small to rent, that I would dip my toes into the water and see how hosting felt. about hosting. Ideally, I'd like to meet cool people, help them out, and perhaps be helped out myself down the line.
