About Me
🇺🇸
Hi! I’m Kadir. I was born in Aydın and I’ve been living in Istanbul for the last three years. Working in the tourism industry for many years has given me the chance to meet people from all around the world. Connecting with different cultures, hearing travel stories, and forming natural friendships are things I really enjoy. That’s why Couchsurfing isn’t just a platform for meeting or hosting people for me—it’s a place for meaningful conversations and real cultural exchange.
I’m someone who loves learning and improving myself. I’ve been using English actively for a long time, and I’m currently learning Spanish, which has become one of my favorite daily habits. I enjoy practicing with travelers and learning through real interactions.
In my free time, I like exploring hidden spots in Istanbul, trying street food, and visiting historical neighborhoods. I enjoy helping people discover the city through a local’s perspective. If we meet, I’d be happy to share recommendations, grab a coffee, or walk around the city together.
On Couchsurfing, my goal is simple: to spend quality time, meet kind people, and share culture. I’m calm, respectful, and positive, and I always enjoy a good conversation. Whether we hang out for an hour or a whole day, I appreciate every meaningful connection.
Always open to new people and unexpected moments—hope our paths cross one day. 😊
