Hey! My name is Carlos and I live in Vicente de Carvalho, a neighbourhood in Rio de Janeiro (something about 10km downtown). I had my doctoral degree at Sociology Department of São Paulo University in 2015. I am 34 yo and I really enjoy being at my home or to go out to some places where people can talk - I would say that I really like to talk :P

I live by my own in Vicente de Carvalho, Rio. I can host and also would love to help those who want somebody to get out in Rio, specially at the periferia of the city. There are really fantastic places to go, like the samba's schools (Portela and Império Serrano are my favorities), the black, soul and funk parades at Madureira, the Pavuna and São Cristóvão fair, the sincretic religiosity mixing and creating different ways of faith (like the umbanda's centers)... The periferia of Rio is amazing!
