Perpetually uprooted, I am a generation 1.5 diaspora Russian with my heart in the American Southwest. I spend my days drinking coffee, making friends, and hopefully learning something new. My favorite evenings are spent at punk shows or at poetry slams. (A)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing has saved me many euros and many lonely nights. I am a solo traveler at heart, and my favorite part of traveling alone is the insight into the homes of others and the ways their lives forever shape mine.
Used book stores; roadside attractions; collective houses, zine libraries, and infoshops; sneaking into history museums; coffee coffee coffee; public transit; picking up hitchhickers; dumpstered goodies; breakfast; the sky.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once got to sit in on a brain surgery.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I live in a very lively house. There are always people passing through and staying with us. I would love to host you, share some food, and introduce you to the city I love so much.
Our house is busy and full of people, so I can't host very often. Therefore, our couch is reserved for couchsurfers that need a safer space: queer and trans travelers and solo women travelers. I've been getting a lot of copy-paste couch requests. Please don't do that. Let me know why you want to be hosted by ME.
