I'm a full-time student in Brisbane, Australia, taking a sabbatical year to work/travel/study abroad. Like everyone on here, I love travelling, and meeting other travellers - I think that discussing life and the worlds we live in over a pint is a big part of the wandering experience.

I'm pretty laid-back, have a great sense of humour (though this is subjective), will speak in my most Crocodile-Dundee-g'day-cobber voice if that's what you're after, and most importantly will be respectful and appreciate of your hospitality.

I 100% think that seeing a place through the eyes of a local is the best way to experience it - I mean, Brisbane is not the most exciting city in Australia, yet it has a lot to offer if you know where the look.

I'm hoping to meet people who are keen to share their take on their city with me.
