ABOUT ME

I'm a 25 year old female from Idaho, USA. I graduated in 2010 from a small liberal arts college in Salem, Oregon. While in college I studied abroad in Quito, Ecuador for a year and fell in love with Latin America and travelling in general. After college, I taught English in Korea for a year and backpacked around South East Asia. Upon returning to the U.S. I lived in Minneapolis (where my boyfriend is from), served tables, and ate a lot of really good food. I have recently moved to Taiwan in hopes of setting up shop.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I very recently joined Couchsurfing and do not have any experience so far but I hope to stay with some Couchsurfers while job/apartment searching in Kaohsiung. Once I have an apartment I will definitely be hosting!

I absolutely love to travel. When I'm not travelling, all I can think about is travelling. It seems like in the past two years all I have been doing is travelling and then working so that I can travel more. I get restless when I'm in one place for too long. I love to read and my guilty pleasure is watching really dirty reality TV online.

Teaching in Korea. Quite possibly the wackiest (and one of the best) year of my life.

Staying with hill tribe villagers in northern Laos and climbing volcanoes in Java, Indonesia.
