My name is Cristina, but people know me as Cris (or Kais) ^^

I'm a Spanish girl who has studied Spanish philology and loves languages. I have been working as a Spanish teacher and I loved it! I'd love to improve my level of English and Italian, and to meet new people and places as well!

I'm very shy at first (my friends don't believe me when I say that hahaha), but I quickly feel at ease when I meet new people and I'm very open-minded and easy-going. I'm normally calm and also friendly with people around me ^^ Referring to cohabitation I'm polite, tidy and clean.✨

I'm new using Coachsurfing and, honestly, I didn't feel sure about it, but my really close friend (Ann007) was always explaining her experiences with CS to me and all of them were really nice :D So I make the decision to leave my comfort zone and meet new places, people, cultures, languages... by using CS!

I think it's a good way to meet the places through the people because it makes them more special and interesting :)

I really like spending time with my family or with some friends, talking about life and enjoying a delicious meal ^^ (I'm a food lover! 🍙🍝🍕) I love eating new things and also trying to cook everything I can! I like writing, drawing and painting (all creative stuff). I also enjoy going to museums, theathre and cinema, but sometimes it's more expensive that I would like it to be. I like playing video games, watching films and anime as well. Oh, and I love cats! 😺 Them make life more beautiful.

🎼🎶MUSIC: Well, I like all different musical genres, from rap to classical music. I like Sia, Lana del Rey, Fabrizio de André (in love with him since I'm learning Italian ^^), Queen, Violadores del Verso (spanish rap band), the music of Hans Zimmer and James Cameron (soundtracks and stuff), Chopin, Ludovico Einaudi...

🎬MOVIES: My favorite movies ever are 'The Lion King' (if you haven't watched the musical yet, you should do it!) and 'The Lord of the Rings'. 📖❤BOOKS: I love poetry. My favorite writer is Charles Bukowski. I like reading about philosophy as well. My favorite book is 'The catcher in the rye'. I've read it like 30 times. (But I'm not crazy, I swear > U

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Maybe it isn't something weird or surprising, but in my opinion, being a teacher is one of the most amazing things I've ever done! When your students show how they want to learn and their gratitude, you realize that being a teacher is something special :)
