PHILOSOPHY

I live by the Buddhist philosophy of loving all living things and trying to focus on the now and being present. "Be the change you wish to see in the world" by Gandhi.

兴趣

I'm really interested in trying anything and everything. Rarely do I say no to new adventures. I've been itching to summit a mountain, get scuba certified, learn to sail, and spend a good chunk of time out in the wild, living off the land.

I listen to a variety of music, primarily classic rock such as Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Queen, The Who, etc., EDM like Bassnectar and Deadmau5, Reggae including Bob Marley, Rebelution, Tribal Seeds, alternative and indie, and oldies like Billy Holiday and the Beach Boys.

I am a big reader and usually into more science fiction work. Currently I'm reading Game of Thrones, which I'm obsessed.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One of the most amazing experiences while traveling has been walking up to and through the Roman Colosseum, it literally gave me goosebumps. Also, on a cruise through the Caribbean, I got to scuba dive for the first time and swam next to a sting ray in the shallows of a beach. These experiences made me want to change my career goals from journalist to marine biologist.
