Hello. I'm new to couch surfing but super excited about the opportunity to meet people and travel!
I moved from the east to west coast (USA) so I could better explore this side of the country. There are so many places I hope to see! I'm in love with the out doors and I enjoy trying new things/ being challenged.
My goal is to see and enjoy as much as I can and ideally share those experiences with others!

I work a strange schedule (12 hour night shifts). So basically I work for a week straight then I am off for the following week.

I'm looking for adventure buddies!(I've met a lot of great people, but most of them aren't available from 9-5.)

(I would like to one day host but my living situation won't permit it at the moment. If you are passing through Portland though, I'm up for showing you around!)

-The Ocean (everything about it is interesting. I've been a documentary enthusiast , shore and tide pool admirer, snorkeled a few times, but i'm hoping to immerse more myself in the future)
-Lately I can't get enough info about cob constructions /sustainability

Almost anything written by Chuck Palahnuik, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Recently I've really enjoyed reading the Game of Thrones. I drift toward dark humor and sarcastic wit.

Movies: High Fidelity (also a great book), Stranger Than Fiction, Office Space, Catch and Release, Fern Gully, Her, Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind

Music is meant to be shared! One of my favorite ways to experience/discover it is accompanied by a road trip. I know there are amazing/more efficient ways to share music but I'll always have a sacred place for mixed cd's in my heart.
