My name is Kaitlyn and I am a 21 year old female from Edmonton, Canada. I am a fun and adventurous girl who is currently taking some time off school to travel the world! My most recent trip was a roadtrip through western United States and it was beautiful :) Now I am coming over to see the wonders of what Europe has to offer for me!

I have a passion for writing and I look for inspiration everywhere I go. I have 5 younger brothers who mean the world to me, so I obviously have respect for a home environment filled with lots of love and happiness. When I travel I am usually out for the majority of the day taking in all the sights (I prefer hidden local gems so if you have any, please let me know :) ).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I want to experience the places I am going in a more up close and personal way with the city, through the hosts. You can take a lot more in when you have someone who knows the city in a personal way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In a span of 3 days, I packed up my car, got in, and drove south for 4 weeks. Took a spur of the moment roadtrip throughout the western parts of the United States of America! Didn't have any particular destination, just drove :)
