I am a graduate of Public Health Sciences from the University of Lethbridge. I am passionate about recognizing and addressing social inequality. I deeply believe in the mind/ body connection.

Most recently employed through Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta, where I have recognized the gift of health, and have been astounded by the resiliancey of young people.

I enjoy being mindful, moving through sport/ dance/ yoga, and seeing what inspires others.

My home is in Calgary Alberta where I am lucky to have the Rocky mountains in my backyard.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Love solo travel, but enjoy meeting other like minded travellers. I also enjoy understanding culture in ways I would not have the chance of understanding if I was not able to be in touch with locals.
