I'm looking for a place to stay while I'm out and about and also hoping to provide the same for others when circumstances allow!

Interests

I love all things outdoors--hiking and backpacking, beach-combing, gardening (though at present I have no land ):) and sailing. There are some great walks along the water right at my front door. Also into quieter activities like reading and knitting. Plus there's all that tasty food, great music and delicious local beer....

Music, Movies, and Books

Love nature docs, classic rock, folk, funk, indie rock, and slowly getting into jazz. My fave reads come from Steven King, Paul Thereoux and coastal cruisers like M. Wylie Blanchet.

Just got home from a sailboat race to Hawaii!!

Picked up a ukulele in Hawaii and now I am slowly plucking away, hurting the ears of those lucky enough to be involved in my learning :P

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook (and clean!), I can recommend some excellent tunes and excellent beer, and I am always down for a nature adventure.
