ABOUT ME
I was studying abroad in Madrid and have fallen in LOVE with the city, but even more so with the language, and have continued to travel around Europe and South America.

I also love to explore the states and have since completed a cross-country road trip from California to West Virginia and New York back to CA! Overall I try to place myself into communities I find welcoming: yoga, crossfit, church, and dinner tables.

PHILOSOPHY: be bold and surround yourself with hearts that make yours beat stronger.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've torn every ligament in my knee twice from soccer injuries.
I've been skydiving twice...exhilarating, you should definitely try it!
USA cross country road trip by myself and traveled Europe for 8 months solo.
Graduated medical school with my sanity intact.

Teach, Learn, Share

Yoga and love of wine and coffee. I can deliver a baby if needed and support local midwifery care or suture anyone in a pinch.
