Hello everyone. I'm Kale, a senior at CU Boulder ('Sko Buffs!). I'm very interested in research, specifically in psychology, and I'm currently aiming to make a career of it. Wish me luck, because I'll need it! I'm going to be living in Ecuador for 2 years come May (my hippy interests have driven me to the Peace Corps), so if I meet anyone specially on here, come visit me! Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet new people, especially those who give me a couch to sleep on! I need about three weeks of time in Boulder so I can complete my undergraduate degree, but I'm sure that in the future I'll be on here for travel and making friends too!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like adult cartoons, star wars, anything Edgar Allen Poe related, the occasional Disney movie. I like to read philosophy and science especially, but anything non-fiction is quite tantalizing to me! I'll even read the occasional literary work, if it's from a genius mind. I also love natural and historical documentaries, and I LOVE going to concerts! I like tons of different kinds of music, but my favorite type of jam is Metal. Don't let that scare you off, metal heads love kittens and plush just as much as the next person!

I defended an honors thesis a week ago! It was a year of murder, but it has really paid off!
