ABOUT ME

So my name is Christopher but when I started studying paganism I started to go by Prince Kalean. After a while I learned some of the gypsy ways and to prove that I was really no different than anybody else I started going by Kaleanbeast. Shortly after my rainbow family started calling me Fire. And a wise, young woman gave me the title of Sabi, or religious person. So I travel as a magus, and a fool of many hats and many names.
I am kind of esoteric freelance goth kid who is being forced to grow up. I have been told I have an old soul, or a poetic soul, or some times even a beautiful soul. All I know is that I have spent so much time trying to find myself that I don't recognize myself anymore. I have no great passions in my life except that of the Goddess. The Goddess is my mother, she is your mother too; The Goddess is my reason to continue on in life. I feel great sadness some days and others a great overwhelming feeling to fly and accomplish all my goals, I just try to make the Debby Downer days turn into Star shine let the sunshine in Aquarius days. I am very possibly an Indigo Child or a Homo noeticus.
I moved around my whole life, I was born in Italy and traveled over most of Europe, but I don't remember any of it. My first taste of America was a bilingual school in Sunny Southern California. I never quite fit in and the only thing I was really any good at was hurting myself, mostly on accidents. I experienced most of the lower 48 and even a few months in Hawaii. I just got out of the Navy, I am a veteran and I served proudly, despite how hard it was on me.

PHILOSOPHY

Those that follow the path less traveled. The freethinkers and freelance writers. Those that live their lives the way that the want because they believe in their path, not because somebody told them that was right or wrong.

I guess I have been surfing couches through most of my adult life, it is only recently that I found out about this network.

Interests

I am interested in all things beautiful and inspiring. I am extremely interested in making sure to carve out a piece of this world we have borrowed so that our children have something left when we give it back to them.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like the natural sounds of a drum and the woodwinds, as well as the fast beats of the vibrant electronic melodies of a synthesizer. I would love to be able to mix the soft sounds of the renaissance with the harsh wail of the guitar. There are many genres on my iPOD and the iBeastlist grows everyday.
I started my musical jurney through life by Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks. From the combine might of music and magic I have found such awesome bands like Cranberries and the Gathering. I like to think I followed my emotional side through my ears and because of that I own many soundtracks and love a good Andrew Lloyd Webber song (musical genius that one is). Having performed as a drag queen and opened my musical tastes to the popular selection I understand and grove well to a great Diva and enjoy the wilds of some of the musicians I had not thought of before. Music is a drug and I am addicted.
