My name is Kali, I am 19 years old and have a thirst for adventure! I love meeting new people, having amazing experiences and immersing myself in new culture as much as possible. I am an aspiring doctor, but currently travelling for a year as I wanted a break from education. I have been a solo traveller for the past 3 months.

I want to meet local people who can show me the real side to the countries I am visiting so I don't just see the 'touristy' parts. I love visiting countries and actually understanding the way of life and seeing the real sides to the places I visit. It is also a budget way to travel!

My favourite music is rock such as Guns n Roses - sweet child o mine - best song ever! I also like regge and calmer more relaxing too. Hindi music is a new favourite - the song Aaj jane ki zid na karo melts my heart. To be honest, I'll listen to anything and probably like it!

Movies- spy/ actions films are good buy a rom com every now and then is always good.

I don't read a lot, but I'm currently attempting the Da vinci code- about 60 pages in...

Medical volunteering in India. Was such an amazing experience. Everyone was so lovely. The attitude they have to life in India is amazing. Taught me so many things and it was amazing to help out!
