I am deeply passionate about my yoga practice and would love to share it in any way I can; weather that be showing someone postures to relive back pain, shearing philosophy helping someone de-stress, or simply answering any questions one mite have...that I have the answer to (I will never pretend to have the answer to something I do not). I love being a student of life and am open to learning new things people want to teach me!
