ABOUT ME

Ok, I don't think it's possible to fit "everything about me" into this tiny box, so here are just the basics;
I am a twenty year old student from Sydney, Australia.
I'm interested in history (particularly modern history) and mad about food (any kind as long as it tastes good),
I'm rubbish at reading maps but i love aimlessly wandering around.
I can be a bit shy a times but get me talking about something i love and it can be hard to shut me up!
I am passionate about art. I love to draw and paint and i am endlessly fascinated by the interplay of colour, light and movement found in day to day life.
I believe it is possible to find beauty in even the simplest things.
Finally, it seems to me the best education in life can be gained by travelling so i hope to see as much of the world as possible, and hopefully i might even meet YOU on my travels! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Although I am a relative newcomer to the couchsurfing community i have already been impressed by how welcoming and friendly the people who participate in CS tend to be. I hope to share that spirit of generosity and friendliness through my participation in the CS project.

Interests

I guess for me the number one thing would be art. I'm an absolute sucker for the impressionist, van gogh, edward hopper, geoffrey smart and anything art nouveau, as for photographers i can't go past Max Dupain and Annie Leibovitz.
Basically images are my way of making sense of the world. Often to clear my head i like to paint and sketch.
