Hello! I’m Kalina and when I don’t work, don’t study and don’t do yoga – I work, study and do yoga. It is all one and the same. That’s me in a sentence – simple as that. :) Being a simple human being, I sometimes want it to be summer in winter-time, or me to be a tamed fox. I am a kinesitherapist and an emotional intelligence coach.
I teach and live yoga and know that everything can be worked on and out - it is a matter of personal choice and good intention; skills and abilities that can be developed, improved, learned or weaned – changed over time. A free spirit, I love and enjoy life. I believe in the genuine good and am dedicated to helping people to recover, improve and take adequate and full care of their physical, spiritual and moral health.

I like meeting nice people, mindalikes and around my friends-couchsurfers I enjoy such meetings for many years now, so I decided to become a part of this network myself. I find the platform a great way of connecting travellers, seekers and finders all over the world. :)
