I am a 21 year old girl from Australia who has been travelling for a year. I’m super positive and love to always have a smile on my face. ‘La vie en rose’. I’m not on here for anything except a cultural exchange, to learn new things about one another and about other countries and languages.

I am on couchsurfing because as much as I love hostels, I’m on a journey to learn more about food, culture and the daily life in the places I visit and beyond! I would love to meet some new people and discover new religions, histories and cultures, while happily sharing my own.

My favourite musical artist is Hozier, and I had the incredible opportunity to attend his concert in England this year (2023). I’m a massive fan of poetry and literature and his lyrics have always moved me. I love Le Petit Prince and read it at least twice a year, now in french since i’ve been trying so hard to learn it.
Poetry is also a great interest of mine so if you know any or feel passionate about a particular poet, please share it with me and I’ll be happy to share mine.
I love any and all genres of films and spending an evening curled up with snacks and a movie will always be perfect for me. Disney movies especially!

I love to share the stories of my travels, of which there is now a year’s worth of stories. Though there aren’t many ‘traditional’ australian dishes, I can whip up a couple of specialties for you to try, and now even some Belgian dishes after having lived there for a year. I can also shower you with all of my favourite Australian slang words!
