ABOUT ME

I have been working in HR for about 5 years now - love my job as it involves working with people and understanding how unpredictable it can be! I am always looking for something new to do or a skill I can learn whether that's to do with work or my socail life - example is that I've just taken up rock climbing! Absolutely love it!

When I'm not working I'm out in the countryside as much as possible. I have recently become a vegetarian and will be buying produce from local farmers markets to support local businesses!

PHILOSOPHY

I feel that you only have one chance to do things. You make your own life what it is, and only you can make it something special and make memories that will leave an impression on you forever.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had no couchsurfing experience what so ever - this is completly knew to me. I have heard so many good things from this from both friends and travellers, so I thought I would sign up and give it a go!

I know this is a very broad statement but i do actually love most types of music! Beyonce to Linkin Park to Counting Crows... not too sure if it can get any more varied than that!

I do love watching films that make you think or just aren't predictable like Inception, Shutter Island, Eternal sunshine for the spotless mind etc etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing the remaining Berlin Wall in Germany. I loved this city as it is so full of history and very interesting stories behind it. I have so much time for Berlin!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love meeting people from different cultures everyone has different experiences to share, wisdom to part and stories to tell. Just because someone may have not travelled around the world, does not mean they will know or of experienced any less!
