I am Kamaree, and my dream is to see as much of the world as I can. I want to start a backpacking journey where I can meet and adventure with people all over the world! I will be playing my guitar, and trying to find inspiration to make new music from the beauty all around me. I love to sing and jam so be ready for a fun night!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couch surfing to meet and learn from people of all different cultures! I'm very excited to break out of my shell and make friends around the world, and I believe Couchsurfing would be an amazing opportunity to do that. Aside from the sentiment of meeting new people I am like many traveling on a tight budget and to stretch my trip as far as I can I think that this will help a lot. But most of all I am couchsurfing for the beautiful experience of discovering culture first hand and meeting and enjoying people from all over!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love a variety of music streaming from heavy and I mean heavy metal to smooth peaceful jams, and hip hop. Some of the bands and artist I like are Silent Planet, Eternity Forever, Nas, Ed Sheeran, Nahko, Sublime and a lot of other stuff no one has probably heard of. As for movies and books I am addicted to watching horror films and if its a classic I've probably seen it. Some of my favorite movies are The Ring, Silent Hill, Monty Pythons The Holy Grail and basically anything that's not new age garbage.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time I was walking home and I passed the river by my house. It was exactly the same as it was every day except today is was full of ducks! There had to have been like 50 ducks in this little river and I stood and watched them over the bridge. I got the genius idea that this activity might be a little more fun if I fed the ducks, so I went to the local store by my house and asked them for the bread they were throwing away that day. I walked out with about 3 loaves of bread, and returned to the bridge. I began too feed the ducks and it was amazing watching the wave of them move in whatever direction I decided. THE CUTEST old women came over and started laughing at how cute the ducks were, I shared my bread with her and laughed with her as we fed the ducks. I don't know exactly why this felt so important to me, but the way her face lit up when I offered my bread gave me a joy I never had felt before. Watching her struggle to toss the food high enough to make it to the river was so friggin cute, and it was one of the most peaceful and amazing moments of my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I hope to share unity through my music and hopefully people can bond over it in some way shape or form. I hope to learn as much I can about way of life in other places, and peoples life stories. I want to learn everything a classroom couldn't teach me about humanity and the beauties of the earth.

What I Can Share with Hosts
