ABOUT ME

I love all of you but I adore Balkan people:) I have a dream of visiting all of the Balkan countries before I die. Additionally, I really want to go to Cuba, Iran, Spain and the USA.

PHILOSOPHY

The person is actually not a person. He is the result and combination of society,and nature. Individual is nothing on his own. Actually, it is not important being me and being you. I and you, you and he/she are the same thing. To know yourself means to know human being...

Years ago while I was searching how I can go abroad, see different countries, I heard this community from one of my friends. So, I thought that I could find friends to help me, to encourage me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hosted people in İstanbul for drinking, hanging out together. They were all nice experiences. I've met with very nice people. Beside, I was hosted by people in abroad. I have stayed at two CSer's house until now. I am very happy that I am a member of CS. CS is a non-profit and pure organization. So keep this spirit and avoid any abuse of it.

Music: Some ethnic-folc music, Leonard Cohen, Oi Va Voi, The Beatles, Nouvelle Vague, Maria Farantouri, Sezen Aksu, Erkan Oğur, Bağlama, Thurisaz...

Movies: Chaplin, Luis Bunuel, Ingmar Bergman ( Persona, The Seventh Seal, Virgin Spring, Through the Glass Darkly),Bahman Ghobadi (Turtles Can Fly, Time for Drunken Horses), Majid Majidi (Baran, The Color of Paradise), Nuri Bilge Ceylan (Uc Maymun / Three Monkeys), Ozcan Alper (Sonbahar), Anlat Istanbul, Yesim Ustaoglu (Araf, Pandoranin Kutusu...), Michael Haneke (Funny Games, Das Weisse Band, La Pianiste, Amour). Also I found Blue is the Warmest Colour very sincere. Yorgos Lanthimos is young and brilliant director. I've watched The Lobster and Dogtooth, which make you question a lot.
Also, I love Isabelle Huppert as an actress.
