Hi! Im Karim, you can call me Kami. I love to travel and I travel as often as I can.
A little about me, im a doctor working in Internal Medicine and Regenerative and Aesthetic medicine. I live and work in Ireland, which is my new home. Born in Lebanon and lived most of my adult life in Lithuania. I speak English and Arabic fluently and intermediate levels of German and Lithuanian.
I enjoy cooking at home and I like the occasional drink in the pub.
A few years ago my sister and I were traveling in Nantes, France and we missed our train which was the last one for the night out of the city. We were on a very tight budget and could not afford an on the spot reservation in the nearby hotels available. Luckily, a kind person offered us a bed and a roof for the night, as well as some delicious Roquefort and bread. And that began my wonderful journey of getting hosted and hosting strangers that become friends, and making everlasting memories.

I enjoy opportunities to connect with locals where I travel. Ive been hosted a few times before and I’ve hosted a few as well. Ive always enjoyed the experience.
