Hey there! I'm Kamia, a film student from the Philippines, and, like everyone else on this site, I want to see the world.

My friends say that i "have the ability to bring a smile to anyone's face". Probably with my ridiculous remarks and corny jokes. Aside form that, I guess I'd say I'm a very curious person: I love to learn new things from and about others, and I do love to share back as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The best way to travel is to see the real city. The best way to do this? Be with locals, spend time in secret places and not falling into tourist traps. Most importantly, making new friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A night out in Vilnius with some friends I made in Estonia, dancing in the streets, playing the titanic game in front of the cathedral, and joining a cake fight to celebrate a stranger's birthday.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can try to teach you some basic stuff from several random languages! I can only speak English and Filipino fluently but I know some basic stuff in a lot of others... I should work on actually perfecting one of them.
