My current mission is to learn to play handpan and ride a skateboard.

When I visit a country I usually go hiking if possible or to a museum specific to it and learn a little about the history in an interactive way, but also, and maybe foremost I like to meet someone living there.

I value freedom, gender equity and health. I always try to help others as much as I can. I think we are all under the same sun and we should treat each other with love and acceptance.

I visited South America including Argentina, Paraguay, and Chile in order to learn Spanish. I met wonderful people in Madrid, Spain not only from Spain but also from South America and I miss the atmosphere of chill I had with them. Therefore I decided to settle in Spain and chose Barcelona where I'm living now.

I have a lot of hobbies. I used to play board games like chess, go and checkers. I love dancing to EDM, especially techno. My favorite dance is shuffle, but I can dance Latin ballroom dances like chacha, rumba, and samba. I learned salsa, samba disco, rock'n'roll, and lindy hop as well. I love riding my inline skates, I learned to do backward criss-cross and kind of managed to do crazy, magic slide and grapevine. I love table tennis, volleyball, and a little basketball, working out.

I like going out with my friends and I enjoy meeting new people. I like tai chi and used to train for a few years. My passion is software development. I want to create a business creating websites. I am good at Math. I write poems. I love learning languages, so far I know English, German, Russian, and Spanish quite well besides my native Polish, and I started learning French, Catalan and Korean. I used to pick up some archery, I bought a bow, and used to shoot a straw target hung on a door. I used to experience lucid dreaming, and I still do from time to time. As a child, I was interested in philosophy. I like eating exotic food that's new to me, especially Ethiopian, Turkish, Chinese, and Korean. I want to go on a trip from Egypt to Japan maybe next year.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet interesting people, and see as much of world as possible. My dream is to visit all the continents. So far I've been in Europe, South America and Africa. At the end of this year I might start a trip to Asia.

I also listen to electronic music, but also pop, rock, Belgian music, Lana del Rey, remixes, Mongolian music, Arabic songs, Czech music, EDM, handpan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 16 I took part in the regional chess eliminations for the national chess championship U18 in Poland. I was underdog, there were 8 players, 4 were to advance, and I was the last by rating. Nevertheless, I had been training very hard, 4 hours a day for the 2 years prior and I believed I could make it. Furthermore, when I started scoring, the 4 best players started to agree on a quick draw and tried to intentionally get rid of me. I was too good and they couldn't beat me, I advanced and it was the best day of my life. 3000hrs that I had put into it were worth it.

When I was 17, I placed 1st in the regional, and then finished 36th in the national U18.
