ABOUT ME

I have three dogs. Animals (the non-human species) are my greatest passion in life which includes fighting for their welfare and their humane treatment. My other passions are getting the most that I can out of every day that I'm alive and learning as much as I can while I'm here. Civil rights and equality for all sentient beings are ideals that I am militant about. I just returned from a 6 weeks study abroad in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. I'm going back to Prague for two weeks at the beginning of October because I loved it so much there. I was born and raised in brooklyn, New York but have lived many places since then such as Finland, France, California and now Florida

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life for pleasure. My personal philosophy is that I should be allowed to do what I want with my own body (as should everyone) and that as long as I'm not infringing on anybody else's pursuit of happiness (unless they are fascists) I should be able to enjoy my life however I see fit to enjoy it. I don't believe that there is a metaphysical list of rules somewhere but I know that it makes me feel good to be kind to my fellow human beings and the other living creatures inhabiting this planet.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just joined and would like to invite hygienic, respectful and trustful people to stay on my couch. I would also like to be able to meet up with locals during my travels so that I can get a more authentic experience when I am visiting a place.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show people around where I live and they can play with my dogs. They can lie in my backyard by my small pool. I would like to learn more about other people, other cultures and other countries. I would love to learn other languages. I would also love for people to share their knowledge of music, food, film and whatever else they know about with me.
