About Me

Hi my name is Amm, I am 30 years old who loves traveling and meets new friend from other countries. I graduated with a bachelor's degree from Faculty of Science Applied physics, but I don’t wanna be a physician actually. So after I graduated from the university I decided to go to America to study in the college. It was such a great time for me to live in the US to learn many things by myself, great time for travel, make friends and learn about American culture.
My mom said, "I am still young I have a chance to do and learn things, just go out there and try everything as much as I want but don't forget to tell her all the stories" I have a great support from my family I don't have to be afraid of anything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The reason why I would like to join Couchsurfing is
1)meet new people/make friends, I am the kind of person who would like to make a lot of friends when I travel that we can share our experiences to each other, some people know the things that I don’t know and some people don’t know the things that I know I would like to share them, it sounds good isn't it?
2) learn about the real culture with local people, stay with a local people is the best thing to learn about the culture even how they talk, what they eat, how they live their life in their country and the important thing is they can help me when I travel I don't have to have a guide book or anything they help me a lot(when I traveled to Alaska) they know better than the book actually.
3) every time you travel you have a budget for your trip right? In my opinion, couchsurfing is a good choice for a traveler who wants to save money and stay in other country with a local people.

I am interested in helping my clients, to support them and be there when any of them needs help. I love my job so much. Working in rehab it’s hard but worth it. :.)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done a lot of volunteers when I studied. I have done a volunteer as a teacher in a wilderness area for two weeks. I had to take a four wheel car drive through the mountains it took about 10 hours to get there but it was worth it. There were no toilet, bathroom even restaurant in that area. They didn't even use money when they need anything they don't have they would do an exchange with the neighbors. And all the kids, they talked in the different language that I couldn't understand but we used a body language to communicate with each other. I taught them about Thai language and how they write their name in Thai. They were a very nice kids and helpful I have never seen anything like this in my life. I would like to go back and do a volunteer again someday.
