Overview
About Me
I am an avid traveller and have travelled to many parts of India sometimes solo and at other times with my family. The purpose is to see the amazing diversity of India and abroad and learn from the tremendous wisdom which ordinary people have. Travelling also helps peel off different layers of conditioning which I have, in order to find my inner self. I have also benefited from the generosity shown by unknown people who have still not been influenced by the transactional nature of the present world. Further one experiences connections and hears stories of love which I spread to my students.
At this stage of my life there are four things I love to do. I love to mentor young adults in their inner journeys. Our education should help us understand ourselves and our connection to our context. However, our education system takes us away from ourselves and makes us fragmented. So I like to connect with them and support their journeys. I also love to take care of animals and I take care of community dogs of our locality. I love to learn to cook different kinds of vegetarian food and feed others. Finally, I love to travel to connect and learn from people who come from different backgrounds.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I love to travel and meet and connect with people with eclectic interests and share whatever I have with them. Also because I believe that we are all interconnected and interdependent. I believe that there is no shortage of resources in this world. The only problem is that we do not share them.
