Well.. I love travelling. I haven't travelled outside India yet but have covered enough within India. I love talking to people and making new friends. I am totally looking forward to host people from across the globe especially europe (since I am planning to travel to Europe soon) ..

After college I got into a job that had me travel all across India in just 6 months.. that is when I first started travelling and developed interest in it. I now travel to places for experience and not solely for work. I have met very nice people while travelling and have had my good and bad experiences like everyone.. I do not travel just to tick places off of my bucket list .. I enjoy the journey, talking to people on the way..I am easy to talk to..

I am looking forward to host people from across the world and be hosted by people using CS. Hope all goes well.. :) Happy Travelling.

About travelling outside India.. My ultimate dream is to visit Corsica island in France. I did apply for France visa but got rejected. But I am not disappointed.Like they say it's good to to have failed trying than giving up without trying. I will reapply again.Hope to get the visa this time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have always loved making friends and exploring different cultures. I feel spending time with someone from a different culture is an easiest way to get a glimpse of their culture and share ours too..

During my little travel experience so far in have met some really nice and helpful people and that is how I also want to be. If in can be of help to anyone I want to do it.. CS is a great platform for cultural exchange and getting to know people from across the world. I want make full use of it..

Music, Movies, and Books

Hindi music mostly.. Ed Sheeran, Bruno mars, The eagles, Maroon5 and Frank Sinatra are some of my favourite English singers.. I love songs that have great lyrics more than great tune. I mean good tune touches your brain but good lyrics touch your heart. I love watching Hollywood movies and Robert Downey is my fav. About Hindi.. I watch most of the movies as it's cheap here and these days the quality of movies in Hindi has improved..

Books.. haven't read much lately.. but I love books about history.. say world war era.. India history.. I have read a book about nepolean bonaparte.. I love googling and reading about random thoughts that come to my mind ..love to read about political issues and books based on real events. Currently reading "Assassination of Rajiv Gandhi " a book based on murder of ex prime minister of India. It involves a deep political history and conspiracy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Been to remotest village in west Bengal and found my way back to the (maybe) only hotel in that village through woods.. Beniagram it was. The silence in that village is goosebumping..

Adopted and saved a kitten from dying. :) this is amazing for me cause I am totally a dog person :p but I love my cat too now.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some Hindi and Marathi if you don't know these languages and would love to talk to a French person as I am learning French.. Can teach you making some Indian dishes and would learn some kitchen tricks from you guys as well.. I love doodling I am trying to learn it as well .. If you can teach me that.. I would love it..
