ABOUT ME

I'm a professional bartender. A real one. Like in the 1800's. I live and breath the art of hospitality and good-drinking. For the last couple years I've been using my profession to see the world...and see the world to hone my profession. I've found my way to London, the mecca of craft bartending...and lots of other stuff I like. Looking for an affordable apartment larger than a water-heater closet and waiting for my new employers to open their cocktail bar. In the meantime, I thought I'd explore the city through its many fine couches...
