I'm a Qualitative Researcher, Diversity and Inclusion, Communications and Education Specialist. I have a PhD in Education and experience in both US non-profit organizations and global development organizations. Through research, assessment, strategic planning, program monitoring and reporting, I help organizations examine their social, environmental and accountability performance measurements; increase their disaster response workforce and; broaden their diversity and inclusion investments. I am also eager to establish networks and partnerships that involve faith-based and tribal organizations - with an eye toward increasing the access to and quality of disaster resources in underserved communities.
