Overview
About Me
Hi I am Karel.
I study ecology, in a town near Berlin, which I love, cause its not to buisy but still has a lot to do. In my leasuretime I sing in a choir, participate in the "Association of Nature Friends", go bouldering, cycling kayaking, meet my frinds. I alsow belive, thad good food realy improves your lives quality, so it would be my pleasure to share inspirationes for meals and recepys. When I travel I usualy do it by bike or on foot because i realy enyoy to explore a destination sowly and to get in touch (sometimes be forced) to get in touch with the locals. I love all kinds of outdoor sports and chalenges as well as birding which is a leftover from a voluntary year thad I did.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Well, I dont have no money ;) but more importantly I like to meet new people. Thads probably the standart sentence but I find it very enlitening to exchange my subjective view on the world with other individuals and in the best case, understand differences.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite film is "The Intern"because it just always gives me a very good felling. My favourite book is "The lord of the rings". I guess thads one of the greatest decisions of a person to ether be a Star-Wars-Fan, a Harry-Potter-peolple or a LOTR-lover. Due to music, I herar nearly everything. As long as it just distracts me from my thoughts. Depending on my mood, I mainly listen to classical music, german songwriters and metal.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have done a "voluntaring ecological year" were I helped maitaining a nature reserve.
